To view the email integration functionality in the OP SmartDesk Demo, please send an email to opsddemo@opsmartdesk.com. You may view and reply to your incident, from the staff dashboard, within 5 minutes.

All you need to do is ensure that you have already created a user account with the email address that you will be sending the email from. If you do not then the email will be placed into a holding area which can be viewed from the admin dashboard.

The online demo provides you with a quick look at OP SmartDesk and is often used by a number of visitors to our site at any point of time. Settings and configurations may be modified by other visitors.

The online demo database is reset every 24 hours
